Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 ounces myer's rum
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut (from can)
  • 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 12 cup crushed ice
  • 1 pineapple stick (to garnish)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker or blender.
  2. Shake, or blend at low speed, for 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple stick and cherry.
