  • Beat egg whites until stiff Mix together sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, vanilla and baking powder Fold gently into beaten egg whites Bake in a 9 inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes Top with whipped cream.

  1. Loved this! It sort of reminded me of a cross between a cheesecake crust and Toll House pie (minus the chocolate, of course). If you're one of those people who enjoys the cheesecake crust as much as the cheesecake itself, you would probably enjoy this as well. It's a bit hard to cut fresh out of the oven, but it tastes wonderful warm with a bit of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top. Pretty quick to toss together, too. Thanks for posting!
