1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
4 cups milk
2 cups cubed process American cheese (Velveeta)

directions

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan or soup pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Cover, reduce heat, and summer until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
