  1. I tried this recipe and really enjoyed it!! However, as a substitute for butter I find it just as delicious to saute the onions in some of the chicken broth. This dish went very well with rice, either steamed or cooked in broth to add flavor. Overall a very good recipe.

  2. This was a nice way to prepare chicken breasts. I added some freshly grated ginger, which was a good compliment to the lemon. Thanks!

  3. This was good, and I liked how the lemon flavor wasn't overpowering... it was just enough. Thanks for sharing.

  4. This is a good easy way to prepare chicken. The first time I tried this I needed to cook for 4, so (being an amature chef) I doubled everything. Not such a good idea. 2 cups of water took too much time to boil down. The next time though, following the recipe, it worked very well and tasted good. Added some flour to thicken the lemon juice and served the chicken with rice and steamed carrots.

  5. I loved this and was so easy to make. My whole family loved it, thank you!

Hi .. The pic is of my beautiful son, born on 2/5/2005. His name is Tariq, meaning Bright Star. As I type this, he is blowing bubbles in his water cup and watching cartoons. He whined to get this water for 15 mins and now he won't drink it, he will only play with it. Sigh.. A few days ago he came up with this song, so sing along to the tune of "Old McDonald" : Old McTariq Laq Laq Laq E I E I OOOOOO LOL I thought it was the cutest thing :-) When I'm not running around after my son, or cleaning up the mess he makes wherever he goes, I cook and bake (my husband loves the blueberry muffins I make) and I love trying new recipes .. I also love to read, and collect sci-fi/fantasy novels .. I have over 500 books and still counting ..
