For the meat
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1⁄4 cup chopped of fresh mint
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 hot peri-peri or 1 Thai red chili pepper, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

For the dip
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
directions
- Mix together ingredients for the meat and form into meatballs. Place meatballs in nonstick skillet and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
- Mix together ingredients for dip and chill until needed.
