“This simple appetizer recipe has only 3 ingredients and is always a hit. I learned to make this from my Grandma who I called Nana. Whenever the family would get together we'd have a cocktail hour before dinner and she always served these great appetizers. Sometimes we wouldn't even wait for her to remove them from the pan and just take them out with toothpicks.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 (16 1/3 ounce) can Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (5 ounce) containercrumbled blue cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the butter into a 9x13 pan (I prefer to use a glass pan) and let it melt in the oven. Be sure to remove before it browns.
  3. Cut biscuits into six or eight triangles, depending on the size biscuit you buy (kitchen shears work really well for this).
  4. Sprinkle melted butter with blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Arrange biscuit pieces over the cheese in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes or as directed depending on brand until golden brown.
  7. Serve with toothpicks.
