Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup bran flakes (Heaping)
  • 1 tablespoon bran buds
  • 34 medium banana (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (Heaping)
  • 6 whole almonds
  • milk

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl and cover with milk! Enjoy! She also alternates the raisins with a heaping TBS of dried prunes and apricots (together) every other day.
