  • Peel and slice cucumbers thin
  • mix the cucumbers together with the rest of the ingredients.
  • serve immediately or chill cover for 30 minutes.

Im a stay at home Mommy with two little girls. I love to cook and bake and am always looking for new dishes to prepare that are not too time consuming but delicious. Most of my recipes are passed down from my grandmother who was an amazing southern woman and cook. Some recipes are from my husbands mother who is Polish and raised in Chicago.
