  • Add eggs to sugar and beat well.
  • Add oil and beat.
  • Add pumpkin and blend.
  • Add the dry ingredients alternately with water.
  • Pour evenly into 3 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch greased loaf pans.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • After cooling, loaves can be sliced, wrapped in foil, and frozen. To reheat, place frozen loaf in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  1. My 3 year old & I just made this, Delicious! Easy recipe to follow, and it turned out perfect. I added a cinnamon-powdered sugar icing just for kicks, and I used pumpkin pie spice instead of individual nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, & ginger. I probably used 1 1/2-2 teaspoons total of that, but then again the pumpkin pie filling I used was pre-seasoned. I just added the spice to taste because that's what I had on hand. It was still very good!
