Directions

  1. Fry bacon, remove from pan reserving a small amount of fat and drippings.
  2. Meanwhile boil and slice eggs.
  3. Add frozen spinach to reserved bacon drippings and saute until warm.
  4. Mix flour and milk and slowly add to spinach while stirring.
  5. Add sugar, and vinegar (may add more to suit your taste if needed).
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer until thickened.
  8. Top with bacon crushed bacon pieces and egg slices.
