ingredients
- 1 lb rump roast
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tender quick
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pepper
directions
- slice meat in 5/16" thick portions. Mix together ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for 24 hours then place meat in dehydrator for 7 hours at 155 degrees.
