Reviews

  1. Cucumbers and cream cheese naturally go so well together, so to put both on a warm and toasty bagel is genius! This recipe makes a very tasty snack or even lunch. As recommended by another reviewer, I served it with some tomato slices. I enjoyed the bagel both with and without the tomato. A sprig of parsley prettied up the plate.

  2. Such a simple recipe, but good. How have I not thought of this before!?

  3. Very satisfying snack. I often use the onion & chive cream cheese or the vegetable cream cheese instead of plain. Also good with tomato slices.

  4. So yummy! My new favorite breakfast/lunch/snack!

  5. This was yummy!! I used to always do the same thing with a slice of tomato, that was delish too! Thank you!
