- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 cup instant dry milk powder
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄3 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 cup chopped dried apricot
- 2⁄3 cup flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine peanut butter and honey.
- Microwave 1-2 mins.
- Add all ingredients (except coconut) Mix well.
- Roll into 30 1 inch balls.
- Roll in coconut.
- Chill til firm.
