  • Combine peanut butter and honey.
  • Microwave 1-2 mins.
  • Add all ingredients (except coconut) Mix well.
  • Roll into 30 1 inch balls.
  • Roll in coconut.
  • Chill til firm.

  2. Quick & Easy to make and taste good - I added more apricots (2/4 cup approx) and sesame seed because I like them. I got about 36 balls in total. Thanks Northern_Reflectionz - I'll be making these again.
