Ingredients Nutrition

  • 50 g pea protein powder (original unflavoured)
  • 4 teaspoons dried dill
  • 12 teaspoon coriander seed, NOT ground
  • 4 teaspoons Natvia, natural sweetener
  • 280 ml water or 280 ml milk

Directions

  1. Dissolve Natvia in water/milk.
  2. Combine pea protein and herbs then.
  3. If possible, leave to stand for 2 hours whilst dill flavour develops.
  4. Serve with carrot sticks, toasted Lebanese bread pieces or unsalted plain water crackers.
