"A great simple salad dressing that's wonderful on everything from avocados to sandwiches. I absolutely love it! Pay around with the sugar/honey amounts. Nene's original recipe calls for 1/4 cup of sugar."

ingredients

1 pressed garlic clove
2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
¹⁄₂ cup cider vinegar
1 cup wesson vegetable oil
optional additions
3 tablespoons of cranberry vinegar
blue cheese

directions

Blend in the blender. (A blender truly is best, the dressing won't emulsify in the same way otherwise). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
