Never Fail Pie Dough

"You simply can not ruin this pie dough. My Auntie Ida gave it to me and she was a professional baker for a number of years. You have to make ONE batch at a time though otherwise the consistency of the dough changes and it's not as easy to work with."

I currently reside in Edmonton, with my hubby, 2 adult daughters, 2 cats, a dog & a snake. I work in an office, typical Mon-Fri job and like to escape to the west coast for a quiet get away! I don't have many cook books, I used to use one my mom inherited from a great aunt and it had everything in it! I would have to say my favorite one though, is Madame Benoit Cooks at Home. It's full of wholesome goodness and quips of her life's history. That's about all about me, I know I'm gonna love this site!!! Talk to ya soon!
