Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 12 cups flour, sifted
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add milk and melted butter.
  3. Add flour and salt; beat until batter is smooth.
  4. Place in 6 heavily greased custard cups.
  5. Place in preheated oven--don't crowd them.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
