  • 1 12 tablespoons metaxa brandy (1 measure)
  • 2 teaspoons ouzo (1/2 measure)
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 3 tablespoons dry sparkling wine (2 measures)
  • 3 tablespoons sparkling ginger ale (2 measures)
  • lemon slice, garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a pitcher with ice and add first four ingredients. Stir.
  2. Strain into a tall glass and top up with the sparkling wine and ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with lemon slice.
