- 2 large fresh tomatoes
- 6 green chilies
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt, to taste
directions
- Peel tomatoes and roasted chile. Remove stems and seeds from green chiles.
- Grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
