  4. stir in pecans and bake.
  5. in a saucepan mix cream, butter, brown sugar and salt.
  6. being to a boil cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
  7. remove from heat. stir in pecans powdered sugar and vanilla.
  8. cool 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  9. spread frosting over brownies let stand 30 minutes.
