  1. Wash& Drain shrimp.
  2. Saute all vegetables in a skillet of melted butter until onion is opaque (about 10 mins. on med heat).
  3. add seasoning, mix thoroughly.
  4. Place shrimp in baking pan, pour in sauce mix.
  5. bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  6. Stir as needed (DO NOT BREAK SHRIMP).
