  3. I used red skinned potatoes cut up in bite size pieces and let it cook about an hour or so.. came out great. Very simple and good Thanks!
     
  4. Terrific! I used quartered yukon gold potatoes, mozzarella cheese, and only 1/2 of a red onion. It was done baking in approximately 1 hour. Thanks for the recipe!
     
  5. Yummy!! I was looking for a new recipe to try for all those potatoes we grew this summer. This one is so easy and soooo good! I too had to cook mine for almost 2 hours.
