  1. Part 1.
  2. Stir together flour, sugar, and peel.
  3. Bend in butter,egg yolk and vanilla with fork till dough holds together.
  4. Press 1 cup of mixture onto bottom of 9x13 inch spring form pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool then press remaining dough up sides of pan.
  7. Part 2.
  8. In mixer beat together cream cheese, flour, peel and vanilla on med high speed till light and fluffy.
  9. Add eggs and yolks and beat well after each egg.
  10. Blend in cream.
  11. Pour into ready spring form pan.
  12. Bake 10 minutes at 500°F.
  13. Reduce heat to 250°F and bake for 50 to 60 minutes till a knife inserted in center comes out clean when cooled top with sour cream mixed with sugar.
