  1. Peel onion and cut onion in half.
  2. slice onions medium size.
  3. into a little pot add your onions.
  4. 1/2 cup of water.
  5. 1 cup of ketchup.
  6. 1/4 tsp if black pepper and pinch of salt.
  7. add 2 to 4 dashes of your favorite hot sauce and for a little more of a kick add red pepper flakes
  8. So after you combine all ingredients cook on low medium heat and cover with lid uncover and stir after the first 5 to 7 minutes you'll see the sauce thicken and onions get soft and tender after 20 mins or so of cooking it should be done. ENJOY!
