Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled,sliced and frozen
  • 13 cup pineapple-orange juice
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 13 cup fiesta mango-lime juice (Dole)
  • 12 cup sliced frozen strawberries
  • 12 cup sliced cantaloupe
  • several small ice cube

Directions

  1. Place yogurt, sliced banana, juices, cantaloupe, and strawberries in a smoothie maker or blender.
  2. Pulse or mix for 15 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend until mixture is smooth.
