  1. Yum!!! I had this for "dessert" today. I used a very ripe mango that I had frozen previously, pineapple for the juice, and a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt because we were out of plain. So... used just a tad of honey. It came out nice and tangy, just the way I like my fruit smoothies. Next time, maybe I'll leave out the yogurt all together and substitute some rum. Is that still a smoothie??? LOL... Made for Susie's World Tour 2018, Team IncrEDIBLES.

  4. A great mid-morning pick-me-upper. I used Herdez's Tropical Juice (pineapple, orange, papaya, lime, grapefruit, mango and guava). Also added about a tablespoon of coconut milk. YUMMY! Made for ZWT5 Family Picks.

  5. A fun breakfast this morning. . .muchas gracias. My banana was super sweet (over ripe) and I used 1 cup of banana yogurt which was already sweetened, so I omitted the honey and it was PLENTY sweet and plenty thick (without the extra cup of yogurt). I also omitted the 1/4 cup of OJ, as I used a juice from Trader Joes made from oranges, pineapples, mangoes, grapes and carrots. Love thick smoothies like this. Next time I will use mango nectar as the juice to get more of a mango punch! And I think a Tbsp of shredded coconut would be great in here as well. THANKS! Made for ZWT5, Caribbean.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
