Nif's Grandpa's Baked Granola

"When I was a little girl, my Grandma would make batches of this for my Grandpa. It filled her house with a wonderful aroma and tasted terrific. She would store it in large glass Mason jars when it cooled. This is a half batch of what she used to make and my Sister makes this amount fresh every week. You can eat this as regular granola with milk or sprinkle on yogourt or ice cream. Thanks Grandma! Enjoy!"

  1. I LOVE this granola. The smell as it bakes - reminds me of baking with Grandma! The kids love it too and I get to pass on this recipe. Jill - Nif's sister!

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
