"This is an easy recipe to put together but make sure that you marinate it overnight. This is good with couscous, noodles or rice. Enjoy!"

  1. This chicken was juicy and spicy and wonderful. I put the pieces in the marinade this morning, and the flavor was fantastic tonight! The yogurt sauce that went with it really made it for us. We love curry anyway, and the sweetness added to the whole flavor sensation! We will make this recipe again, and are already talking about doing it for our End-Of-Summer BBQ party. Thanks, Nif, it's a definite keeper. SWT 2019 - Morocco. Sue Chefs

  2. Very flavorful! I doubled the marinade, otherwise followed exactly as written. It went perfectly with the sauce. We ate it kabob style as well as adding to some wraps along with onion, peppers, and green lettuce which came out great. Thank you Nif for sharing. Made it for SWT-Morocco, Team Sue Chefs.

  3. I loved the flavor of this chicken! It was easy to put together the night before, then fast to grill the next day. The yogurt sauce was really tasty, too. Thank you!

  4. This marinade made the chicken so tender. These spices/combination are not my favorite (not a big fan of curry) but this was tasty. Was out of propane for the grill so had to bake the chicken in a casserole dish. Served with brown rice and green beans. Made for ZWT 9.

  5. We really like this chicken. I made enough to feed 20 people for my daughter's birthday on Saturday and everyone raved about it. I have officially been nominated to grill all chicken from now on. I marinated our chicken for 24 hour and it was very juicy and full of flavor. I'm sure this recipe will be made time and time again. Thanks for a great recipe and making me look amazing Nif. Made for the African round of ZWT9 for team Tasty Tester.

Tweaks

  1. This chicken was delicious! The combination of spices worked very well together. I used 2 very large breasts, but kept the marinade amounts the same. I let the chicken marinate in the spices for about 9 hours. I grilled this on the barbeque and served it over cooked barley instead of the rice. The yogurt/curry dip was a very nice complement to the chicken. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper! *Made for ZWT6 Xtra Hot Dishes*

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
