Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 14 cup breadcrumbs, fresh preferred
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, Hy's preferred
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 3 egg whites (or 1 egg)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (by hand of course!).
  2. Roll equally into 16 meatballs.
  3. In a cold, large saucepan, add meatballs.
  4. Turn heat to medium and toss pan gently so meatballs aren't 'square-ish'.
  5. Cook and continue to roll around meatballs until cooked through.
  6. Use in spaghetti sauce or add mushroom soup and pour over rice or noodles.
