Night Before Christmas French Toast

- 2 tbps. margarine
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 4 slices thickly sliced bread
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt margarine and brown sugar. Pour into baking pan. Place bread on the sugar and margarine mixture.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350F oven. Serve with syrup and fruit.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
