  1. Shape beef into 4 burgers.
  2. Make an indentation in center of each burger and place 1 piece cheese in each.
  3. Press beef to enclose cheese.
  4. Season burgers with salt and black pepper.
  5. Pour 1 teaspoon oil into pot.
  6. Set to STOVETOP HIGH and heat oil.
  7. Stir in onions.
  8. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in barbeque sauce and mustard.
  10. Cook uncovered 1 minute or until hot.
  11. Move onion mixture to one side of pot.
  12. Add remaining oil and burgers to pot.
  13. Cook 9 minutes or until burgers are cooked through, turning over once halfway through cooking time.
  14. Serve burgers and onion mixture on rolls.
