  1. Saute onion in olive oil.
  2. Combine garbanzo beans & eggs in pan with sauteed onion.
  3. Heat, stirring until thickened and dry.
  4. Add salt, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
  5. Having a food chopper makes the onion chopping a breeze.
  6. And I just put the garbanzo beans in my mini blender/chopper.
  7. That way prep takes no time at all.
