  1. This couldn't be easier to make! I didn't have powdered cocoa mix so I used 2 tablespoons of regular cocoa .. I also added some vanilla .. Thanks!

  2. I made this for dessert tonight and it was a wonderful yummy treat. I used 1 1/2 cups of quick cooking oats, 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence, in addition to the other ingredients and reduced the quantity of cocoa powder to just 1 1/2 tbsps. These vanished very quickly and I was glad they did! I'll be making more of these little delights! Thanks a bunch for posting!

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
