No Bake Fruit Cake

ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 pint candied fruit
- 1 lb marshmallows
- 1 lb raisins
- 4 cups nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
- 1 lb graham cracker
- candied pineapple for the top of the fruit

directions
- Scald milk over low heat. Add marshmallows stirring until smooth, remove from heat. Put graham crackers in a bag and crush with a rollling pin. Mix crumbs with raisins and mixed fruit. Add nuts, marshmallow mixture and blend. It will feel very gooey at this point. Line loaf pans with wax paper. Add mixture and press it down with spoon to shape. Decorate top with candied pineapple and cherries if you wish. Let this age a month. Sprinkle with sherry or brandy twice a week while aging. Keep in a cool place, NOTE: When pouring on liquid, poke hole with an ice pick so that the liquid can drain into the cake.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
