  • I've found that it works best to set everything up before you start. You will need a sauce pan, a large mixing bowl, and wax paper. To prepare place wax paper on counter approximately 18-20 inches long to drop cookies on.
  • Before heating the pot, put sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and milk in sauce pan.
  • In your large mixing bowl put oat meal and peanut butter.
  • Heat sauce pan on high heat stirring very slowly and constantly, when the mixture starts to boil rapidly boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour contents of sauce pan into large mixing bowl and mix with oat meal and peanut butter. This must be done quickly.
  • using a medium size spoon drop cookies on wax paper to cool and harden. This should take 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.
  • *** Should cookies not harden you can try placing them in the fridge.
