  • Slice bananas and strawberries 1/4inch thick.
  • Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Place half of mixture in bottom of pie shell.
  • Place sliced strawberries and bananas, alternating them until mixture is covered.
  • Place rest of the whipped cream mixture on top of the fruit and place remaining fruit decoratively on top.
  • I usually save the prettiest strawberry and put it on the top of the pie.
  • Let refrigerate for 3-4 hours so it can set-up and slice easily.
