  1. PIE:
  2. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. CHERRY GLAZE:
  5. Blend sugar and cornstarch, stir in cherry juice.
  6. Cook until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir in a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
  8. Add cherries.
  9. Completely cool and top the pie.
