I made this a good 5 stars! Here is what I did, I used plain rice milk (Original Rice Dream) instead of water (I suggest you try different brands) In this I dont think you would taste it anyway unless it is a strong tasting type. I am also going to try making rice milk myself as I know it also becomes expensive buying it often. The rice milk added a creaminess lacking with the water. I used local honey and for the almonds I toasted some blanched sliced ones in advance in a dry frying pan so that they were not hot. I also added 1 tsp alcohol free vanilla. I did not add ice but it was cool enough with my refrigerated rice milk. Another time I would add some instant coffee for a breakfast shake! I will make this again.

I love cooking! Like seriously it's become quite an obsession...:S
Oh well, it's alot better than most things one could get hooked on. At least I'm keeping my friends and family happy :D
I'm really concerned about health 'and stuff' so I will modify any recipe to make it low fat/low sugar/high fibre etc. Sometimes it works whilst keeping the taste, sometimes it doesn't. I guess I'm just gonna keep trying until I can make every recipe something you won't feel guilty about eating...
Oh yea, I prefer using my microwave especially for baking, even though it's not even a microwave OVEN!
