  1. I used this marinade and super thin boneless loin chops which cook fast and tend to dry out...this made them stay tender and juicy. I topped mine with BBQ sauce, but DSs ate theirs as is and really enjoyed the chops. Made for PRMR.

  2. This is a great way to prepare pork chops! I used a mediterranean salt mix that had some oregano and rosemary already in it and that added a nice flavor too. The method made the pork chops so tender and juicy after grilling. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. I was really surprised at how tender this pork came out. I only marinated an hour and a half. Leftovers were still juicy the next day! The flavor was great and did not need any sauce.

  4. Nice pork chops. I made them as directed except let them marinate overnight since dinner plans changed at the last minute. I also grilled them on the stove top grill because it was a downpour outside. We all liked the nice lemon flavor and how tender they turned out. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Best of 2013 Tag.

  5. I scaled this back for 4 pork loin chops with bone in and marinated for 2 hours and the DH bbq'd them though as per usual a little too long for my liking and consequently they were a little on the dry side but still had nice flavour and served with an unsweetened apple sauce, thank you nochlo for posting the recipe and to loof for recommending it in The Best of 2013 Reviews tag game.
