Noble's Worlds Best Cookies

"Another great recipe from my ex-MIL. I love this recipe because I always have these ingredients on hand. I know the recipe calls for cornflakes, but any unsweetened cereal will do. Nice krispie cookie. Cook time is per cookie sheet. This recipe yields 10-12 doz, so you will be cooking cookies for a couple of hours."

  1. I've followed the recipe and made these time & time again. This time I added 1 tsp of cinnamon they were just as good...maybe even better! A sure crowd pleaser!

  2. These are excellent! I made exactly as specified. Crispy & tasty - I like the nutty coconut flavor. Thanks for the post! ZWT 2007

  3. The cookies were quite good, but the dough was very dry and hard to work with. It kept falling apart.

  4. These are great-tasting cookies with excellent texture reminiscent of Keebler's Pecan Sandies! I replaced a cup of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour and made my cookies large enough to decrease their total yield to just sixty. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and could not be more pleased with the results ~ Thanks for a fantastic cookie recipe!

  5. JQ these are excellent cookies. I made as directed except didn't add the coconut because of personal preference and I added some toffee chips to half the batter which was very good. I didn't want to spend 2 hours in the kitchen so I made this a lot bigger than called for. This is the second cookie recipe I've made with crushed corn flakes and I love the texture it gives to the cookie. I will be making these again
