Ingredients Nutrition

  • 473.18 ml silk original soy coffee creamer, cooled for at least 8 hours
  • 236.59 ml original soymilk, cooled for at least 8 hours
  • 118.29 ml sugar
  • 4.92 ml mint extract
  • 118.29 ml mini chocolate chip (optional but highly recommended!!)
  • 236.59 ml broken candy canes or 236.59 ml peppermint candy

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and beat till well combined. Put in ice cream machine for 30 minutes.
  2. Pro tip: Put a Tbsp of peppermint schnapps or vodka into the mix to keep it from freezing as solid in the freezer as the soy ice cream usually does.
