  1. Works reasonably well although I have one pot that may have been too much for it. But even with this pot it certainly came up better post treatment than it was before.

  2. What a wonderful recipe! I used this on my non-stick wok(that looked gross, but wouldn't come clean) and now it looks brand new! I can't believe how easy this was and how great it worked. Thanks for a great recipe, Tish, I will definitely be using this one again!

  3. This works like a charm!!! I used this on one of the utensils, i.e., a grater, belonging to my AMC Cookware. That grater is also a kind of stand on which I keep my baking tin and bake all my cakes in the AMC Dutch Oven. This grater is made of the finest grade of stainless steel(surgical steel). No matter how much I clean it with regular dish washing liquid(Lux liquid), it doesn't get that sparkling shine I always desire every pot and pan in my kitchen to have. However, after using this treatment today afternoon on this grater-cum-stand, it is not just the cleanest, but the BRIGHTEST object in my kitchen! This is a wonderful recipe every household must have! Thank you so much for sharing!

  4. My pan is several years old and well used - had an ugly brown stain in the center. I tried this twice and a lot of it came out, but not all. I will keep trying this every week and hopefully all of it will come out. Thanks for the recipe.

  5. This was a life saver to my new stainless steel cookwear! My DH didnt know that you are not supposed to cook with these on anything higher than med heat and scorched the bottom of my new pan. I tried everything I could think of to get off the burned off food and nothing worked til this miracle mixture! Thank you Tish for posting this great helper for everyone!

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember. My DH had to build in shelves for all my cookbooks! I like to dabble with OAMC and for a few years hosted the Budget/OAMC forum with some great people over there. Even though I don't work in the forum any longer I've set up a lot of cookbooks for the purpose of OAMC and stretching food that might be helpful. Please feel free to check them out! I go on food jags and cooking jags! Please come say hi to me and chat on facebook. I currently host a blog for saving money through finding deals and coupons if you are interested. Most of the time I try to cook and have a good dinner on the table but I'll be honest enough to say there is still fast food occasionally in the budget! I have had such wonderful support here whenever I need it. Thank you all for being here! Just a quick note on how I rate recipes: ? 5 stars - This recipe is perfect. (My DH is truly a critic and doesn't give 5's unless it's amazing) I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again. ? 4 stars - This recipe was good but I would change something in it next time. ? 3 stars - This is a recipe I would not make again but it was OK ? 2 stars - This recipe I would not make again and we didn't like it at all ? 1 star - This recipes did not work out/taste was unappealing and wouldn't make again
