Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 lb cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked medium noodles, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Cream the cheese with the eggs, sugar and salt.
  2. Stir in the noodles.
  3. Turn into a buttered 8 inch ring mold.
  4. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned.
  6. Unmold carefully.
