  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Melt butter and cheese in a pan. Be careful when melting them it can be difficult.
  3. Cool.
  4. Add flour, salt, and Tabasco.
  5. Roll into balls and fork press onto a NON-greased pan.
  6. Bake in oven until light brown (sorry I don't know the exact time).
