  • 200 g horseradish (whole root)
  • 2 tablespoons beef stock (or just soup)
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red vine vinegar)

  • Grate horseradish.
  • When grated pour hot soup (or stock) over, add salt and vinegar. Stir well and serve.
