  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Mix the soup, cayenne and rice together.
  3. Brown the hamburg and kielbasa.
  4. In that same pan cook the green pepper, onion and celery until soft.
  5. Add all the ingredients to a 9 X 13 pan, mix together.
  6. Bake until brown and bubbly.
