Directions

  1. Put the water, salt and potatoes in a pot and cook until the potatoes are just tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the potatoes and toss lightly.
  5. Serve hot.
