- "Vegan Smoked " Salmon" Spread-inch to make veggie salmon
- 4 ounces veggie salmon
- 4 ounces soy cream cheese
- vegan mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated ginger
- chives
directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor, except for onion, mixing well.
- Fold in onion.
- Garnish with chives.
