- 2 cups almonds
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup dates
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
- 1⁄2 cup almond butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
directions
- Grind almonds through almond butter in food processor.
- Melt coconut oil, add maple syrup and vanilla. Add to food processor.
- Pulse to coarse paste.
- Spread in 8x8 pan.
- Cool in fridge.
