  1. Knead ingredients for dough together.
  2. Cut in half--one half for bottom and one half for top.
  3. Press half for bottom in bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Filling:
  5. Mix egg yolks with sugar in mixer until creamy and smooth.
  6. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  7. Grind walnuts.
  8. Fold nuts in egg yolks and sugar, add chocolate and 1/2 cup raisins.
  9. Fold in egg whites.
  10. Spread on bottom dough and cover with second portion of dough.
  11. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes and then check and adjust time.
  12. Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
